Refund policy

At Bruma Areia, we want you to love every piece you receive.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We currently do not offer refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged or receive store credit if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.
  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings (for hygiene and safety reasons).
  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an error was made on our end.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

To keep your jewelry in perfect condition, remove any dust by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth (you can lightly dampen it if the dirt is very stubborn and let it dry on a tissue in a well-ventilated area). For a perfect finish, special cloths for cleaning steel or silver jewelry are also available at jewelry stores or specialty shops.

For transporting jewelry, we recommend placing each piece in a cloth bag. Never place two pieces together in the same bag to avoid rubbing against each other.

Do not expose jewelry to cleaning agents, chemicals, or oils. Extreme heat or prolonged contact with water is also not recommended.
